Our mission

Unified Growth Inc, exists to bring awareness, accountability, and reconciliation to our communities. Founded to combat gang violence, support at-risk youth, and reduce crime and drug abuse, we empower individuals to set personal goals, embrace accountability, and build on their strengths.

Purpose

Our purpose is to address gang violence, crime and drug abuse with compassion, structure, and meaningful alternatives. We advocate for victims' rights and support the most vulnerable members of our communities through mentorship, partnerships and education.

Vision

We envision a future where re-entry is met with purposed, not punishment. Unified Growth Inc facilitates weekly and biweekly group mentoring between lifers and incarcerated individuals, offering a bridge from incarceration to reintegration. By sharing lived expereinces and skills, our mentors inspire to change and help participants reinvest in themselves and their futures. In a time when over 80% of formerly incarcerated individuals return to prison, we are committed to breaking the cycle, one life at a time.
